I just had Jimmy, one of your technicians, come out on a Sunday night @ 9:30 to replace a bad capacitor. I would like to leave a positive customer review for him, but couldn't find a place on the website. I just wanted to say how professional, nice and what great work Jimmy did. Converse A/C was recommended to me by a neighbor that had his equipment replaced by them. He was referred by his cousin that had his equipment replaced by them. I found them to be just what I was looking for. He walked through the whole process with me prior to offering a list of solutions and cost estimates. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional while still being very customer focused. Rick the installer, and his crew were excellent. They were very careful to ensure everything stayed clean and they were careful to not let the dogs out of the house. He is honest sells you what need, is not "pushy" and the services is superb If I have any question they stop by to check it Rick Davis should train all AC people as I have had some real losers before finding his company. Highly recommended because Converse Ac/Heating is very friendly, kind and just wonderful with their customers. They are very professional when it comes to their work, they do it the right way and (like other companies do) they don't cut any corners. Rates are very reasonable and they really care about their customers. If you need any kind of air conditioning service these are the kind of people you would want to work for you!

My air conditioner stopped functioning late on a midsummer Saturday afternoon. Converse A/C had a repairman at my house within two hours of my call, and the unit was up and running within another hour. I'm sure many businesses engage in price gouging in this sort of situation, but I was charged a fairly small amount. The technician was also very patient and gentle with my curious, hovering children, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, the experience could only have been better if my a/c had never broken at all. - Happy driver of old cars

Converse Ac/Heating has been nothing more but kind to me and my Family and they go to the extreme measures to make sure we are taken care of. The customer service is wonderful, prices are wonderful, they are just one wonderful company all together. I recommend them to anyone.
